My passion for design began in the 4th grade when I redesigned my teacher’s classroom on a notebook, and my teacher questioned me what am I doing. What can I say, it all started back then!
JW Nash & Co. is my personal business that I founded in 2008, working on a part-time basis. I left corporate America and decided to follow my true passion and make JW Nash my full-time dream position. My areas of focus include home staging, interior design, color coaching and interior holiday décor.
When I am not working. I enjoy cooking, baking (my dad's famous sugar cookies), traveling and watching Tennessee Titans and Nashville Predators. This year I was proud to partner with Williamson Medical Center Volunteer Auxiliary as the holiday tree designer for the Volunteer Auxiliary’s Annual Tree of Life fundraiser. I am also of member of RESA and the Greater Nashville Chapter of RESA. I am currently serving on the board for the Greater Nashville Chapter of RESA, as Vice President of Membership. When I’m not at work fulfilling my lifelong passion, I also spend the time to volunteer for several charitable organizations serving Middle Tennessee.
I believe your home should create a beautifully peaceful environment that brings people together to celebrate the joyful lives. Our homes hold our most important moments. I have lived and been drawn by design my whole life. After helping friends and family with their homes and working on my own home, my passion was turned into a reality; JW Nash and Co came to life. Through each design project, I like to get know my clients and am happy that many clients go on to be friends after the project is complete. One key talent for this line of work is attention to detail. Just test me! I notice when visiting homes again, if something has moved.
Today, I am working on new builds, entire home renovations projects and home staging. I look forward to working with you on your next project.
I am a repeat Realtor client of Jamie Watford and I have had great results each time she has been involved with my listing. Most recently she did a staging consultation for me on a home that needed a total makeover. The client followed her detailed instructions perfectly. We listed on Thursday and hosted an Open House Sunday and sold at full price the day of the showing. Results: we had 18 different people at the Open House Sunday and sold at full price. Average DOM is 45 days and we sold it immediately. Best money ever spent. BY the way, I am an accredited home stager myself but find it always is better when I focus on being the Realtor Expect (who sometimes tells them the tough love things they need to hear) and I remain the “good guy”.
